XDefiant won’t be making its hopeful “late March” release date, Ubisoft confirmed today.
In a new post on social media, the game’s development team said the “community-first” game still has “some improvements that we need to test” before it’s ready to launch, marking yet another delay in the new FPS title.

It’s always disappointing to hear about delays, but I appreciate that the XDefiant team is taking the time to ensure the game is polished and ready for launch. As a tech-savvy gamer who craves immersive experiences, I’d rather wait a bit longer for a quality game than rush into something that’s not quite ready. Looking forward to seeing what improvements they have in store!
