Many of the achievements or trophies you can unlock in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are kept secret from you in the game’s different menus. There are no hints or clues that tell you what extra goals Geralt can accomplish to complete additional parts of this expansive action-adventure title. With multiple endings and added DLC, it is almost impossible to know every hidden milestone as you continue your adventure.
