Summer Game Fest is right around the corner and the latest reports regarding the showcase suggest that the highly-anticipated Borderlands 4 may be the star of the presentation. Despite some turmoil over the ownership of developer Gearbox, the beloved shooter is still regarded as a high-value property and given the success of the third game and the spinoff Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, it stands to reason that publisher Take-Two would want a new entry. With Gearbox confirming its work on a fourth mainline game, an announcement could drop sooner rather than later.
