Most players tend to complete Helldivers 2 missions in groups of up to four, facing the horde of Terminids and Automatons with their comrades beside them, but a select brave few choose to execute these missions alone. Solo Helldivers have it hard enough without allies to watch their back, but it is convenient as matchmaking is not required, and the missions tend to be scaled down so that they aren’t impossible. That, and players don’t need to fear team killing if there isn’t a team.
