The Sims 4, like its predecessors, gives players the ability to open their own businesses, and that comes with the usual responsibilities of hiring employees, stocking, deciding what the store sells, and so on. Of course, that doesn’t mean that the process always goes smoothly in practice. When it comes to running a business in The Sims 4, it’s hard to expect what situations might pop up, and that includes how well the employees will perform in their assigned roles.
