Nearly a decade after Fallout 4s initial release, a player has found an interesting exploit that lets players increase their chance of hitting with VATS dramatically. VATS is a mechanic that allows players to take newer Fallout games back to their turn-based roots by essentially pausing combat and allowing the player to aim for a certain part of an enemys body. Each body part is given a percentage which indicates how likely it is that the player will successfully hit the enemy.
