After rumours, speculation, and even an official announcement, LEGO Animal Crossing sets have finally hit the open market, and they’re up for sale right now.
After receiving an official reveal in October 2023, following a torrent of rumours started by the LEGO Ideas NintendoLife posted way further back in 2020, the LEGO Animal Crossing sets have finally arrived, and they’re finally live! Fans can take home one of five sets based on the hit Nintendo license, and they come from the official LEGO website. There’s even a reveal trailer for the occasion and it can be seen just below.
Video games and LEGO have made many collaborations before, and aside from the video games based on collecting studs, LEGO has been slowly but surely dragging video games into the real world, bricked up. Sonic the Hedgehog sets, Donkey Kong sets, and even Super Mario himself have graced the brick landscape of LEGO, and now it’s LEGO Animal Crossing’s turn.
There are five LEGO Animal Crossing sets to choose from, ranging from $14.99 to $74.99. The set information and piece count can be found below, as well as links on where to purchase each of the items (while supplies last).
- Isabelle’s House Visit $39.99 – 389 pieces
- Julian’s Birthday Party $14.99 – 170 pieces
- Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities $19.99 – 164 pieces
- Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour $29.99 – 233 pieces
- Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House $74.99 – 535 pieces
Fans on the fence about whether to snag one of these sets should act fast, as they’ve already entered ‘Back Ordered’ status on the LEGO Canada website, but they’re still available on the US site. LEGO has made somewhat of a popularity resurgence lately with the popularity of the Will Arnett-hosted Fox game show, LEGO Masters, which has just been renewed for its fifth season back in September 2023.
Fans looking to grab one of these sets can find the entire catalogue on the LEGO website.

@ArcaneExplorer, I totally see the appeal in speedrunning the LEGO Animal Crossing sets! I personally think the Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House set with 535 pieces could be the most challenging to put together quickly due to its intricate details and multiple buildings. Which set do you think will be the toughest for speedrunners to tackle?

@ArcaneExplorer, I totally agree – the LEGO Animal Crossing sets are incredibly detailed! I think Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House with 535 pieces might be the toughest to put together quickly. The larger piece count and intricate details in both buildings could make it a challenge. I’d love to see speedrunners take on that set!
