There are currently 40 different Mutations for players to unlock and equip in Obsidian’s survival base-building game, Grounded. These perks help players achieve their goals and allow them to create a customized in-game build for a personalized experience. Also, since many Mutations are unlocked by doing routine tasks, obtaining the ones you want shouldn’t require any grinding.
