If you are looking to build and customize your own vault in Fallout 4, you can do that, provided you have access to one of the game’s DLCs. You will need the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC, which can be bought separately and is included in Fallout 4: Game Of The Year Edition. Once you have access to the DLC, you can find Vault 88, which can become your personal vault that you can customize.
