The leaked banner type in Honkai: Star Rail may arrive in Version 2.5 and, according to new details, it may not be as bad as originally predicted. Currently, the turn-based RPG has two limited characters and two limited Light Cone banners per phase, as well as a permanent banner that offers standard characters and Light Cones. With the games ever-expanding roster and new Honkai: Star Rail characters lined up for release in the next patches, HoYoverse seems to be working on a way of bringing more limited characters back into the rotation, rumored to be through a brand-new banner type.
