The release date for Genshin Impact on Xbox platforms has officially been announced by HoYoverse at Gamescom 2024, meaning the popular action RPG will reach an entirely new player base in the near future while also allowing older players to engage with the title on a new platform. Currently, the game is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices, with an integrated cross-save and cross-play system between them. The long-promised Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact has not been mentioned by the developer for years now, making the reveal for Xbox consoles quite a surprise.
