With Genshin Impact version 4.8 halfway through, the developers have revealed the second phase of Character Event banners—and they look pretty stacked.
On Aug. 1, the Genshin Impact devs revealed that the second half of version 4.8 features a new five-star Dendro character, Emilie, and a rerun of Yelan. If adding a new powerful Dendro character to the roster isn’t enough, then adding a rerun banner of one of the best Hydro units in Genshin Impact might mark this version as the best one yet.
