While Fortnite‘s annual Halloween festivities are usually somewhat spooky, 2024’s Fortnitemares will be especially frightening, with two horror legends, Leatherface and Billy the Puppet, making their official introductions into Epic Games’ ever-expanding digital world. The two characters arguably sit toward the very top when it comes to iconic horror movie villains, with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Saw both spawning numerous sequels, spin-offs and even their own video games. Soon, players will have the chance to play as these classic characters, with Epic Games teasing Fortnite‘s upcoming Halloween event.
