An expansion on pet families tameable by hunters in World of Warcraft: The War Within features several new kinds of creatures that are exclusive to Khaz Algar and its respective zones. As they often are, many new pet models are openly roaming the maps for players to stumble upon, but others have special requirements that must be met before pets are tameable. The Khaz Algar area boasts at least twenty-two new looks for existing pet families and additional unique additions to the tameable gallery, including previous bestial bosses and newly tameable beasts that players are familiar with.
