The Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia entered its final week on Wednesday, Aug. 21 with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, featuring a massive $2 million prize pool and 24 teams in attendance.
EWC is a key event in the competitive PUBG calendar; a record prize pool aside, teams will also earn PGS points that go toward a direct invitation to the biggest tournament on the esports calendar, the PUBG Global Championship.
