Genshin Impact players can currently claim a free pack on the Epic Games Store, provided that they have access to the Epic Games Store launcher on PC. The new Genshin Impact bundle includes a variety of crafting components and in-game upgrade materials entirely free for only a limited time. However, Epic Games has not confirmed how long it will remain available.
