The creator of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 H2M mod has explained why Activision decided to shut down their ambitious project. According to him, Activision’s decision was driven by concerns that the release of the Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer remaster could negatively impact the sales of their upcoming title, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
