A Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 player has shown the drastic aim assist nerf in this year’s shooter when compared to 2023’s Modern Warfare 3, highlighting just how little controller assist there is at close range. Although Black Ops 6 and Modern Warfare 3 are developed by two completely different studios, aim assist is a divisive subject when it comes to first-person shooters, and this year’s Call of Duty title has made some major adjustments to the feature.
