Baldur’s Gate 3 was the big winner at the 24th annual Game Developers Choice Awards.
Larian’s game, which is based on the tabletop fantasy RPG system of Dungeons & Dragons, took home the Game of the Year prize.
It also won Best Narrative, Best Design and the Audience Award at the ceremony, which took place as part of GDC 2024 at San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center.

The combination of the Dungeons & Dragons system with Larian’s game design is truly a match made in heaven for us strategy enthusiasts.
