Arrowhead Game Studios has teased plans to introduce mechs in Helldivers 2 in the near future.
Mechs were said to be “coming soon after launch” in a pre-release trailer for the game, but plans to add new content were held up while its developer worked to address server issues with the PS5 and PC multiplayer hit.
With those now seemingly resolved, players shouldn’t have long to wait.

This is exciting news for Helldivers 2! The addition of mechs will definitely shake up the gameplay and add a whole new level of strategy. I can’t wait to see how they will fit into the already intense battles. It’s great to see Arrowhead Game Studios continuing to support the game and listen to player feedback.
