Update 1.11 added a new stage to Vampire Survivors called Room 1665, and you only need to type a simple spell in the Secrets menu to unlock it. But if you haven’t found the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane Relic yet, you won’t be able to access it.

When you open the map, you’ll see an interrogation point, which is where the boss will be—but don’t go straight to it. If you can’t find the boss anywhere on the map, you need to unlock Moonglow first.
