As The Sims 4 community continues to enjoy the Lovestruck expansion, some players are learning that the in-game dating app is a little too realistic. When it comes to apps like Tinder and Hinge, it’s become more and more common to encounter “catfish,” the colloquially accepted name for someone who either pretends to be a different person online or misrepresents what they look like in the real world. Catfish may be difficult enough to avoid for those currently in the dating sphere, but at least when it happens in The Sims 4, it’s pretty funny.
