One of the best things about Baldur’s Gate 3 is how well it translates the strengths of Dungeons & Dragons into video game form, but it’s not able to recapture everything that makes the tabletop game great. From the lack of a dungeon master to limits on levels and spells, wrangling everything into a manageable package requires some limitations. At the same time, Baldur’s Gate 3 is also capable of having its own unique perks, and one upcoming addition to the game could be a nice benefit of that sort.
