Elden Ring players have found a creative way to take down Malenia, as the Dryleaf Arts melee weapon, which was added in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, allows them to repeatedly stun lock Malenia and defeat her without even allowing her to use an attack. Malenia was by far the most difficult boss in Elden Ring, and while the newer bosses in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC might have dethroned her, several players still continue to struggle to take down the Blade of Miquella.
