Capcom Acquires Studio That Previously Worked on Resident Evil and Dragons Dogma Series

Japanese developer Capcom has acquired two-thirds of the total shares of Minimum Studios, making the company a new subsidiary. The Taiwan-based studio has provided the animation for both cutscenes and gameplay for many successful Capcom titles, namely Resident Evil Village, the Resident Evil 4 remake, and Dragon’s Dogma 2. Minimum Studios was founded in 2018 by William Chang, an accomplished visual artist.
