A total of 15 characters can be played as different racers in Nightmare Kart, but not everyone is unlocked right away. To max out your roster, you’ll have to pursue different goals to reveal secret characters hidden from the main cast introduced in the base game. Some of these requirements may be simply completing levels, while others may take more than one step to finish.
