There’s still very little information to go on about what developer Larian Studios plans to follow up Baldur’s Gate 3 with, but at least one clue to the next project is apparently already within reach. Although the potential for a fourth Baldur’s Gate game or DLC is obvious, Larian is choosing to go in a different direction, with the studio working on multiple games that have nothing to do with the Dungeons & Dragons license. Although it may be some time yet before they’re revealed, that certainly won’t stop speculation about what could be coming next.
