Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Deluxe Edition is now available to preorder. That’s quite the mouthful, but it’s probably worth it. Deluxe Edition includes the game, Steelbook, FOX patch, “!” sticker, and character art for £89.99 (with free delivery from Amazon).
But, it’s only available in the UK. This seems like a fair trade, as those over the pond aren’t able to purchase the recently revealed Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Collector’s Edition including that sweet terrarium. But, if you’d prefer to snag the Deluxe Edition while being in the States, then here’s how you can do it.
Amazon UK will happily ship the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Deluxe Edition to you, for a small fee, so if that’s the edition you’re most excited about, then place your order ASAP to avoid disappointment. Using the link below should allow you to place a preorder via Amazon UK and ship it to the US.
Metal Gear Solid Delta was one of the many games to get a spotlight at the recent Xbox Showcase but, much to the disappointment of fans, a release date was not revealed with the new trailer then. But, GameStop recently tweeted a preorder link to Snake Eater, saying the MGS3 remake will arrive on November 17. The post has since been deleted.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is said to be a faithful remake of MGS3, so much so that Konami isn’t even planning on recording new voice lines for it. Despite that, the Delta symbol in the name of the remake (stylized as Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater) is meant to highlight “‘change’ or ‘difference’ without changing structure,” Konami previously explained.
