Players new to the world of Fallout 4 may believe they have to join the fascistic Brotherhood of Steel to gain access to their very own Vertibird, but veterans want everyone to know there’s another solution. When it comes to moving around the Commonwealth, the most efficient way to reach one’s destination is to simply pop open the map and fast-travel to any discovered location. Unfortunately, that’s not exactly the most immersive method so for Sole Survivors looking to embed themselves in the Wasteland or happen to be playing on Survival, the Vertibird is the next best option.
