The Treasure Hunt mission in Grand Theft Auto Online, initially launched with The Doomsday Heist update, was an early promotion for Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2. Although introduced in 2017, the mission became extremely popular among fans and remains active today. Players who complete the quest are rewarded with an exclusive weapon from the Wild Western RPG.
