Shactuka is among the largest enemies you’ve likely faced so far in The First Berserker: Khazan and has one of the highest health bars of any enemy in the game up to this point. Shactuka is a massive lion beast sort of enemy with a huge spiked collar and some slow but deadly attacks. His attacks can cause Plague buildup, and you’re going to want to go into this fight with some Plague-resistance potions and elixirs for the best odds at taking Shactuka down.
