The open-world zombie survival title 7 Days to Die has finally seen a full release, and a surge of approval, as a result. 7 Days to Die spent 11 years in early access on PC and saw a brief run on consoles that stopped development in 2017. Now that the 1.0 release brings the game in its full glory to both PC and consoles, it is proving to be a big hit on both fronts.
